I had an opportunity to see a piece of this presentation and I think the information disseminated plays to California school curriculum perfectly; especially the younger ones. The presentation is visual and recounts experiences and/or accomplishments of real Heroes in history, most already highlighted by school districts. The states effort to incite honesty, courage, determination, individual responsibility, and patriotism fall right into perspective through the live and engaging Heroes of Democracy dolls presentation. If you can’t get involved with presenting the program, get a group of kids together for a fun and engaging experience with heroes in our history!
